  • “Had a first class massage from Yasmina and it was well worth it. I was in a lot of back pain before, and she relieved every muscle in my back and shoulders. I felt lke a new man afterwards. I actually fell asleep towards the end, as I felt super relaxed. She’s also very kind and professional. I’ll book her again very soon.”

  • “Fantastic experience. Yasmina is a true professional. She asked me about my conditions, listened to the responses and provided a massage which focused on the areas needing the most work. The results were amazing. Areas which have been problematic for a while are now able to move freely. Yasmina is very friendly, easy to talk and creates a relaxing environment for your massage.”

Frequently Asked Questions

My work mainly focuses on sports, deep tissue and remedial massage, with each treatment tailored to your body, needs and goals rather than following a fixed routine. Although my approach is often focused on muscular tension, movement and recovery, treatments can also be deeply relaxing and restorative. If relaxation is your main goal, I can adapt the session accordingly.

What type of massage do you offer?

1

Not at all. Simply tell me what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to get out of the session. We’ll discuss your needs before we begin and decide on the mos appropriate approach together.

Do I need to know what type of massage I need?

2

I can work with firm pressure, but deep tissue massage doesn’t have to be painful to be effective. I adapt the pressure to your preferences, your body’s response and the condition of your tissues throughout the treatment.

Is your massage very deep or painful?

3

Do you work with injuries?

4

I work with a range of muscular and soft-tissue concerns. Treatment is tailored to your presentation and needs, but massage isn’t a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If your symptoms require further assessment or fall outside my scope of practice, I’ll recommend that you consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

For a massage, you’ll normally undress only as much as needed for the areas being treated. You’ll remain appropriately covered throughout the session, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort, privacy and boundaries are always respected.

What should I wear?

5

Yes. I work with physically active clients, professional theatre dancers and people who train regularly. Treatments can focus on muscular tension, mobility, recovery and physical maintenance, depending on your individual needs and activity levels.

Do you work with athletes and dancers?

6

Can I book if I don’t have a specific problem?

7

Absolutely. You don’t need to have an injury or a particular concern. You might simply want to maintain your body, support recovery after physical activity, ease general tension or enjoy a restorative massage.

There’s no single schedule that suits everyone. It depends on your activity levels, goals, individual needs and how your body responds to treatment. We can discuss a treatment plan based on what you’re looking to achieve.

How often should I get a massage?

8

I work across several locations in London. You can find my current treatment locations, availability and booking options on my website.

Where do you practise?

9

“To be present. The one thing that matters.”
